Order of Aeronautical Merit
(Established by Decree-Law No. 5,961, of November 1, 1943)
His Excellency the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Michel Miguel Elias Temer Lulia, Grand Master of the Order of Aeronautical Merit, has decided to admit, into the Corps of Special Graduates of the Order of Aeronautical Merit, to the rank of Grand OUicer, the Minister of State for Cities Bruno Cavalcanti de Araújo, for having rendered distinguished services to Brazilian Aeronautics.

To certify this, this diploma is issued, signed by the Chancellor and the Secretary, and sealed with the seal of the Order.
